According to Detroit Police, Theophilus Maxwell is wanted for first-degree murder, armed robbery, assault with intent to murder and home invasion. At approximately 9:05 p.m. on May 24, 2008, they say he and three others went to a house in the 600 block of W. Robinwood and demanded money and drugs. A person at the home was also fatally wounded by gunfire.
